Why Branded Series Engage Audiences
Animated series have a unique ability to form long-lasting emotional connections with the audience. The serial format lets you develop characters, immerse viewers in the brand’s world or convey company values through the plot. It’s not just content. It’s children entertainment, education or a marketing strategy.
Why it’s worth creating your own series:
- Regular contact with the audience
- Building trust in the brand
- Scaling content across different platforms
- Opportunity for licensing and merchandising
Series work especially well for children’s, educational, family and fan audiences. That’s why animation studios are actively investing in this format.

What our customers
have to say
Darvideo End-to-End Series Pipeline
Darvideo works as a full-fledged cartoon studios team. We guide the client from the idea to realising a whole season or a pilot episode. Our process includes clear stages and a team with all the necessary roles. Scriptwriters, designers, directors, animators and producers.
Writers’ Room and Script Arc
We start work on a series by building character arcs and the overall script vision. We create the structure for the season or individual episodes. Write dialogues and plot twists. For building the script arc we use Celtx or Final Draft. This helps structure seasons, write in interactive elements (for educational platforms). And right away take into account the platform’s time limits (for example, 5-minute formats for YouTube Kids).
This stage is key for setting the tone and style of the entire series.
We take into account the audience age, client’s goals, platform format (YouTube, OTT, television) and content localisation.
Design, Storyboard, Animation
After the script we develop the visual style. Characters, backgrounds, environments. We create storyboards for each episode. They get approved by the client.
Animation can be done in different techniques:
2D traditional animation
Cut-out animation
Stop motion
Hybrid styles
We adapt to the publishing format, language requirements and the possibility of future translation or dubbing.
Storyboards are made in Figma or Photoshop. Then we put together an animatic. That’s a rough animation with voice-over. For preview. This lets us agree on rhythm, timing and pace before the main production.
Animation is rendered in formats ready for publishing. MP4, ProRes or separate sequences. Depending on the hosting platform.
