Brief and Goal Alignment
We start with a detailed briefing. We figure out the video goals, audience type, key messages and placement platform. It’s important to understand the aim. Whether the clip should sell, explain, engage or build trust. We review the client’s existing materials. Clarify tone of voice and desired emotions. Based on this the team shapes a conceptual vision. Style, approach, timing and presentation structure. This sets the right direction from the outset and avoids unnecessary iterations later.
Script and Storyboard
The script is the foundation of the whole video. We work on it together with the client, taking into account goals, brand tone and audience specifics. The text focuses on a clear message, structure and logical flow.
Once the script is approved we create a storyboard. This is a frame-by-frame visualisation of the video in the form of sketches or simple illustrations. It shows what happens in each frame, how objects move, where text or voiceover will be. This makes it possible to agree on the structure before starting to draw graphics and avoid extra changes in later stages.
Style Frames and Visual Design
We produce key frames (style frames). They demonstrate the visual style of the video before animation begins. Illustrators draw original characters, backgrounds, interface elements and other graphics in line with your brand book or references.
All visual decisions are approved with the client. This ensures the video visually reflects your brand and values. We work in Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, using graphic tablets for hand drawing.
Animation and Sound
Animators bring characters, scenes and graphics to life according to the approved storyboard. We use After Effects, Toon Boom or Spine. Depending on the project style.
Professional voice actors record studio-quality voiceover in the chosen language. Sound effects and music are added from royalty-free libraries or original compositions. The final step is editing. Images, sound and frame dynamics are synchronised to create a complete narrative.
