A cup of a drink that energizes the day – now brought to life entirely with the power of artificial intelligence. This month, in Animated Story of the Month, we dive into the world of Alive NvisionU – the brand behind All-Wow Coffee and Magic Matcha, designed to set a new morning rhythm. Our task was not to create a classic animation or motion design, but to show how quickly and creatively a full project can be produced using AI-generated videos.

The challenge: how to showcase the Alive NvisionU brand in 20 seconds?
The marketing agency collaborating with Alive NvisionU tasked us with creating videos that both present the products and demonstrate the agency’s creative potential for future clients. Each video had to highlight the two product worlds – coffee and matcha – their benefits and the atmosphere of consumption, while remaining dynamic and easy to watch.
The key requirements were clear: vertical format for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Stories, duration up to 30 seconds, maximum energy in presentation, and full creative freedom for the team. The target audience consisted of young adults aged 25-40: crypto enthusiasts, travelers, entrepreneurs, and digital nomads who value a fast morning start, efficiency, and aesthetics. Some choose coffee, others matcha, and the videos needed to unite these two worlds into a single story so that viewers could feel the product’s energy even in a short viewing time.
The solution: three formats, one style, two products
To demonstrate the brand’s flexibility and create content that truly works on social media, we prepared a series of videos of varying complexity.
All videos were adapted to 9:16, 1:1, and 16:9 formats and optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Meta Ads. To achieve the perfect dynamics and style, we combined generative AI tools with manual compositing to make each frame rich, “alive,” and recognizable.
The first format – Simple Demo Video – a fast, fun showcase of All-Wow Coffee and Magic Matcha. With close-ups, dynamic text layers, and creative cuts, it emphasizes the flavor, energy, and lifestyle that both drinks represent, making the video short, catchy, and visually appealing while keeping viewers entertained, curious, and engaged until the very end.

The mid-level format – Morning Battle: Coffee vs Matcha – a lighthearted story about a couple, where he prefers coffee and she chooses matcha. With humor, quick transitions, and dynamic editing, it highlights their playful contrast while showing how different tastes bring fun energy, creating a video that is emotional, colorful, and entertaining to watch from start to finish.

The creative format – Journey of the Coffee Bean – a stylish adventure of a single coffee bean traveling from seed to cup of All-Wow Coffee. Through AI-driven storytelling and modern visuals, it speaks to digital nomads and the tech community, delivering a video that feels inspiring, innovative, and exciting, while connecting audiences with brand values directly.

Production process and studio technologies
As Darvideo Animation Studio, we relied on AI as the main production engine, enhancing it with traditional compositing techniques for a high-quality, stylish result. Pre-production included scripting and mood boards in Google Docs and Figma, test frames were generated using Midjourney and Runway, and styling and transitions were done in Kaiber and Luma/Stable Video. For compositing, editing, and product tracking, we used After Effects, CapCut, and Premiere Pro, while voiceover and sound design from ElevenLabs and Suno added the needed atmosphere.

Special attention was given to product details: packaging, sachets, and cups remained recognizable, and small AI glitches, like hand-drawn eyes on the coffee bean, were corrected manually.
Our approach included these key stages:
- Pre-production and scripting: creating mood boards, preparing frames, test scene generations;
- Generation and styling: Runway Gen-2, Kaiber, Luma/Stable Video, Midjourney;
- Editing and compositing: After Effects, CapCut, Premiere Pro, manual refinement of product details;
- Voiceover and sound design: ElevenLabs, Suno, adding effects and musical accents;
- Platform adaptation: TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, Meta Ads, various aspect ratios.
This comprehensive approach made the videos as lively, emotional, and appealing to the target audience as possible.

Dynamic editing, close-ups of products, text layers, and sound design create a sense of energy and drive, which viewers experience alongside the characters.
We demonstrated that even short vertical videos can tell a complete story, simultaneously selling the product and creating an emotional connection with the audience. This approach shows that AI, combined with a creative team, allows complex ideas to be implemented quickly and effectively.

Within two weeks, we prepared a full package of videos: three concepts and dozens of adaptations for different social media formats. The videos successfully showcased both Alive products – All-Wow Coffee and Magic Matcha – in vertical format. Using an AI pipeline and manual compositing preserved style and consistency, even at different levels of complexity.
