Story: Most of the existing regulations of local governments are irrelevant in the current situation and need to be revised or replaced. The Methodology of Local Regulatory Review can help. A working group with the maximum level of representation of public business organizations, associations and associations should be created at the local self-government body.
The methodology provides for the definition of a complete list of current regulations; identification of acts adopted without following the procedure established by the Law, or those that do not comply with the relevant legislation by filling in regulatory evaluation passports according to a clear template; Recommendations for repealing and amending regulatory acts are then being prepared.
The methodology will help reduce administrative barriers and introduce new regulations that will be developed in compliance with the principles of transparency, involvement and balance of interests. This will stimulate local economic development.
