This privacy notice aims to give you information on how Darvideo Animation Studio OÜ collects and processes your personal data through your use of darvideo.tv website (Site), including any data you may provide through the Site when you access and use Darvideo or complete any online form, such as signing up to a newsletter or similar service.

This Site is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children.

THE DATA WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU

We do not collect any Special Categories of Personal Data about you (for example details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data). Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.

HOW IS YOUR PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED?

o Different limitations and exclusions of liability will apply to liability arising as a result of the supply of any services and/or products to you, which will be set out in such terms and conditions of supply that may be agreed between you and us for such services and/or products.

If you are a business user:

• We exclude all implied conditions, warranties, representations or other terms that may apply to our site or any content on it.

Your commitment not to introduce viruses

We do not promise or guarantee that our site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. You remain at all times responsible for adequately enabling any device through which you access our site to continue to do so. You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our site, the server on which our site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our site. You must not attack our site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack. Which laws apply to these terms and any disputes?

If you are a consumer, please note that these Terms, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by Estonia law. You and we both agree that the courts of Estonia and EU will have exclusive jurisdiction.

If you are a business, these terms of use, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by Estonian law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia and EU.
