Purpose of this privacy notice
This privacy notice aims to give you information on how Darvideo Animation Studio OÜ collects and processes your personal data through your use of darvideo.tv website (Site), including any data you may provide through the Site when you access and use Darvideo or complete any online form, such as signing up to a newsletter or similar service.
This Site is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children.

THE DATA WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU

We do not collect any Special Categories of Personal Data about you (for example details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data). Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.

Your commitment not to introduce viruses
We do not promise or guarantee that our site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. Which laws apply to these terms and any disputes?
If you are a consumer, please note that these Terms, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by Estonia law. You and we both agree that the courts of Estonia and EU will have exclusive jurisdiction.
If you are a business, these terms of use, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by Estonian law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia and EU.
