About: This is a job instruction video (on two languages) for staff at McDonalds restaurants in Canada. The client said that they do not want to read boring instructions, so we made a video for the staff to make it more interesting for them to learn how to work.

Story: Narrator: The transition out of the on-cup sticker rewards program can be a big change for some of our guests. Some may have questions or may even be disappointed. What’s important is that you’re comfortable and prepared to respond to their questions using these key soundbites! Let’s take a look at some possible scenarios!

Narrator: A guest is asking our Server, Sarah, why we don’t have Stickers on the Cup?

Sarah: Our rewards program is now on our mobile app and you can still earn points on hot beverages and so much more. If you have a moment, we could show you how.

Narrator: A guest doesn't have a smart device or use apps on their phone to collect points.

Guest: It’s such a pity you’ve moved away from the stickers on the cup.

Front counter person: I understand. However, along with some of our current amazing offers like our 20% seniors coffee discount, we’ll also continue to have different value offers available throughout the year! Also, if you do have completed cards, not to worry, you have till the end of the next year, to redeem them.
