Max Zaglotsky
Head of production
Maks is an experienced Project and Production Manager at Darvideo Animation Studio, with over six years in the role. He has a vast experience in managing a variety of projects from start-ups videos to collaborations with TED-Ed. He values the collaborative culture, where everyone’s input is welcomed.
Max oversees the entire project lifecycle, ensuring effective communication between the creative team and clients. He assembles the best-fit team for each project and manages progress to meet client expectations, handling final deliverables and feedback to ensure satisfaction.
Always being a team player, Max prioritizes his team’s interests to achieve outstanding project outcomes. He finds fulfillment in delivering projects on time and to client approval, with satisfaction being his ultimate measure of success.
Outside of work, Max is a passionate music fan and electric guitar player with more than 15 years of band experience. For relaxation, he enjoys Sting and Rob Dougan, while for work, he prefers film or game soundtracks. For inspiration, he turns to music from films, especially those by Disney and Pixar.
