Besides art direction in Darvideo, Orest is also an indie film director, creator of social and commercial videos, feature films, and documentaries. His short film “Son,” made for NASA, was chosen by Oscar nominee Richard Linklater as the winner of the 10th Houston Cinema Arts Festival.
Among his commercial clients are: SYFY (Worldwide TV), Planet Cinema Network (UA), Winn Dixie (US), Teatr Nikoli (PL), Yarche (UA), and Audiolith Records (GER). In collaboration with Molodiya Festival (NGO “Ukrainian National Youth”), he has implemented social projects for UNDP, Coca-Cola Foundation, Fur_OFF, Norwegian Refugee Council, and Centers for Free Legal Aid.
